  • All of our freshly baked cookies are made with 100% vegan ingredients and don’t contain eggs, dairy, or nuts. Please note that our cookies do contain other common allergens including gluten and soy. Our kitchen is not 100% egg, dairy, and nut free, so please reach out for more specific details based on your individual dietary situation.

  • Generally speaking, heat-sealed cookies will keep fresh for 1-2 weeks at room temperature and kept out of direct sunlight. We advise against refrigerating decorated cookies, as moisture from condensation can alter the appearance of the icing. If you accidentally put your cookies in the fridge, don't fret; the taste will not be affected! Decorated cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to three months. Make sure to follow the instructions on the cookie care card included with your purchase.

  • Yes, all cookies in custom sets are individually heat-sealed to maintain freshness and to maintain high sanitary practices at your event.

  • Prices are adapted and tailored to each order, taking into account the complexity of the designs, the number of designs, and the size of the order. Our starting price is $48 per dozen.

  • Yes, we deliver to locations in Shaker Heights and the adjacent cities. There is a delivery fee of $15.00.

  • A percentage of every sale is donated to a nonprofit dog shelter.

  • Yes, we require a minimum of one (1) dozen cookies. If you’re looking for a smaller order, we offer a variety of holiday sets with fewer cookies, so stay tuned for our next presale!

  • The further ahead of time you reach and place your order, the better equipped we will be to fulfill it and have your delicious cookies ready! Ideally, please place an order at least ten (10) days ahead of time. If you place an order within the ten-day window, we may be unable to fulfill your order, or your order may be subject to a rush fee.
